According to him, the issue subjects on unsynchronized policy between Local and Central Government.
"This gives rise to legal uncertainty to the legal status of land for plantation development. Meanwhile, the expected legal breakthrough to resolve this issue was not done," he said on Monday (07/02/2012).
He explained the most prominent problem was Central Kalimantan spatial issue which caused approximately 1 million hectares of land allegedly overlapped with forest area. The settlement of this issue was protracted until today.
