JAKARTA: PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) has issued medium term notes (MTN) worth IDR205 billion.
Director of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) Sulistyo Budi explained that the company offered fixed rate at 8.2% for the notes maturing on October 11, 2012.
"We schedule the interest payment to be done in every three month, in which the first payment will be on January 17, 2012," he said in an official statement today.
It is the third MTN issued by the state mortgage financing company this year. The company appointed PT Bahana Securities as the arranger.
Bisnis's data shows that this year SMF is planning to issue a IDR750 billion bond with tenure between 3 to 5 years. The underwriters for the V/2011 bond are PT Bahana Securities, PT Andalan Artha Advisindo Sekuritas, and PT CIMB Niaga Securities Indonesia. According to SMF Director Sutomo, mortgage-backed bonds will be issued next month. (NOM)
