JAKARTA: Government expected the toll road concession agreement signing (PPJT) of six inner city toll road project to be done on September 2012, as PT Jakarta Tollroad Developemtn has proposed offering documents, today.
Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Auction Committee Chairman Singgih Karyawan said after the offering letter has been submitted, it will conduct a bid review.
Evaluation, negotiation and agreement will be outlined on PPJT between toll road enterprises and BPJT.
"The process is quite long prior to PPJT, because we have to review the submitted proposal and obtain approval from the Minister of Public Works prior to announcing the results," he said on Jakarta, Tuesday May 15, 2012.
PT Jakarta Tollroad development Head of Corporate Communication Ngurah Irawan the offering documents being submitted consisted into two parts namely technical details such as designs and drawings, and financial proposal.
Furthermore, he said that the company will wait for BPJT to verify the documents.
Ngurah said they refused to disclose the project offer being proposed by the company since should only be announced by BPJT or Ministry of Public Works as a regulator. However, he said the investment value has not changed much compared to the initial proposal.
Jakarta Tollroad Development consortium was a joint work of PT Jakarta Propertindo Development Group as DKI Jaya enterprise, PT Hutama Works, PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP), PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA), PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI), and PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP). (T07/tw)
