JAKARTA: PT Reliance Securities Tbk, a unit of Reliance Capital, is rescheduling its bond issuance worth IDR150 billion to early next year.
The corporate act was initially scheduled in the second half this year but postponed due to current unconducive bond market conditions.
Reliance Securities previously issued Reliance II bond on July 27, 2011 worth IDR44 billion and offers 12% coupon rate per month. The bonds were used to settle its maturing debts, Director Jejei Kurnia told Bisnis.
The RELI-coded company has obtained shareholders' approval for the to-be-issued bonds. Based on Bisnis data, Reliance plans to issue two bonds series of one year tenor to three years. The issuance will be handled by PT ICRA Indonesia. (T05/NOM)
