JAKARTA: PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) plans to issue first phase bond worth IDR500 billion in October 2012.
The company expects to obtain effective statement from Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) in September 2012, PNM Executive Vice President Bambang Siswaji said.
“We will use the proceeds as financing for small and medium company,” he said Tuesday, April 24, 2012.
PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) is currently doing the rating on the company’s debt and the bond coupon may be set in range of 7%. Earlier, PNM said such bond would overdue in 3-5 years.
The company has appointed PT Bahan Securities as underwriter for such bond issuance.
Based on Bisnis’ data, the IDR500 billion bond is part of shelf registered bonds worth IDR1.5 trillion – IDR2 trillion. (T06/faa)
