JAKARTA: PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk decided to distribute IDR3.2 trillion (US$0.34 billion based on IDR9,268/US$) dividend of fiscal year 2011 or 55% from the total net profit in 2011.
The shareholders have approved the amount of dividend through the extraordinary meeting held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012.
Based on the official statement, the company has paid IDR263.4 billion interim dividend on December 13, 2011. Thus, the remaining dividend to be paid is IDR2.99 trillion or IDR123.75 per share.
The shareholders also agreed to appoint Bayu Krisnamurthi, which is currently serve as Vice Minister of Trade, as the new President Commissioner replacing Tengku Nathan Machmud.
In board of directors position, Hendi Prio Santoso still serves as President Director. Djoko Saputro will act as Director of Technology and Development replacing Jobi Triananda Santoso who becomes the Director of Business.
Meanwhile, Hendi Kusnadi is appointed as Director of Human Resources replacing Eko Soesamto Tjiptadi. (T06/aph)
