JAKARTA: PT Pertamina (Persero) is targeting its review on initial public offering (IPO) plan will be completed in IH/2012.
Director of Investment Planning and Risk Management of Pertamina M. Afdal Bahaudin said the company and financial advisors are reviewing its subsidiary plans to go public.
He mentioned one of Pertamina’s financial advisors is PT Bahana Securities.
"We had done a study, one of which was Bahana Securities as the financial advisor. Now we give additional review on business prospects and financial statement. Soon, the study may be completed, we still wanted to finish it the first half of this year, "he said, Monday, May 14, 2012.
However, He cannot give the detail on how much stocks will be released including which subsidiaries will go public this year.
Previously, President Director Pertamina Karen Agustiawan said the company is preparing two subsidiaries namely PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) or PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia.
"We hope one of the two subsidiaries can conduct IPO this year," he said. (T03/TW)
