JAKARTA: PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk is set to become the lead underwriter of IDR500 billion bonds at the beginning of the fourth quarter.
Panin Sekuritas Corporate Secretary Prama Nugraha said the bonds will be issued by a property company.
Up to the first quarter 2012, Panin booked consolidated revenue of IDR121 billion and net profit of IDR72 billion.
The company is eyeing 25% growth in revenue this year to IDR436 billion from total revenue of IDR349 billion last year.
Meanwhile, the net profit is predicted to grow to IDR250 billion–IDR300 billion.
In the annual meeting held Thursday (6/28/2012), the company’s shareholders agreed to distribute IDR72 billion dividends or IDR100 a share from the total net profits of IDR201 billion.
As for the remaining IDR128 billion will be considered as retained earnings for investment and working capital. (T06/sut)
