JAKARTA— PT Bank OCBC NICPT Tbk’ sixth rights issues experienced 12% oversubscribe.
The bank recorded 1,682.000.179 shares demands while the company only issued 1,506.975.730 shares, claimed Chief Economy Officer and President Director Parwati Surjaudaja.

“OCBC NISP pocketed IDR1.5 trillion from the issuance. The funds will be used to strengthen capital,” he said in a press release, Thursday (06/21/2012).

All funds will be channeled to productive assets and, after deducting the cost of overall emissions, the funds will be used for lending.

“OCBC NISP will reach 15% in the end of 2012.” (T05/T07/faa)
