JAKARTA: PT Nusantara Infrastruktur has sealed IDR28 trillion financing commitment from two banks to fund six toll road projects. Such amount was 70% out of the total required funds for the projects.
Those two banks are private and state owned banks, said Nusantara Infrastruktur Managing Director Bernardus Djonoputro. However, Bernardus declined to specify who those two banks are.
“We indeed have included this financing commitment in the pre-qualification documents submitted to Toll Road Administrator,” he said in Jakarta today.
Djono also disclosed the company’s ability to fund 30% of the total investment (equal to IDR12 trillion), which is part of its equity.
The company will also seek several financing alternatives, including capital injection from shareholders, internal cash, and proceeds generated from corporate actions should the company wins the bidding process.(T02/NOM)
