JAKARTA: Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) increased 0.19% or 8.43% tp 4,225.95 this morning, Friday (9/20). Rupiah exchange rate increased 0.14% or 13 points to IDR9,561. Per US Dollar.
The index moved within a range of 4,221.36 – 4,235.25. Among 453 stocks listed on the index, 72 stocks increased, 42 stocks decreased, and 339 stocks were unchanged.

Seven out of nine sector of the index gave positive contribution, led by finance and miscellaneous industries sectors. Meanwhile, mining and infrastructure sectors gave negative contribution.
An index released by Bisnis Indonesia, Bisnis-27 index increased 0.18% or 0.63% to 358.64. Previously, the index moved within a range of 357.94 – 360.04. (T07/msw)
