JAKARTA: PT Waskita Karya is planning to issue bonds worth IDR750 billion this month.
Public expose of the corporate action will be conducted today, said President Director M. Choliq. The company has mandated PT Bahana Securities as the underwriter.
The bonds will due in 5 years, he stated. He refused to detail the coupon. The proceeds will be used for working capital and debt restructuring. (t05/msw)
