JAKARTA -- The bond market volatility occurred in the past month have forced companies to increase the premium coupon in its initial bond issuance as that experienced by PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk.
Plantation company under Sungai Budi Group decided to set the bonds coupon rate at the upper cap at 10.5% of the 9% - 10.5% range.
Tunas Baru Lampung Corporate secretary Hardy said the determination of the coupon rate on the upper limit has been done after considering domestic bond market condition. (T07/TW)
