JAKARTA: PT Jakarta Setiabudi International Tbk pocketed IDR1.2 trillion from sales of Setiabudi SkyGarden Apartment in May 2012.
Director of Jakarta Setiabudi Margiman said since SkyGarden was marketed December last year, the company has sold 434 units or 74.06% from the total apartment units, which is 586 units.
“The sales have exceeded our target since the project is predicted will be completed within 3 years. However, in 6 months after the launching we already sold 74%,” he said after general meeting of shareholders yesterday.
Of the total premarket sales worth IDR1.2 trillion, the company will recognize IDR240 billion or 20% as this year’s revenue.(T03/MSW)
