JAKARTA: After obtaining shareholders approval, PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk will issue notes worth a maximum US$300 million or IDR2.84 trillion.
Around 50% or IDR1.4 trillion of the proceeds will be used to settle company’s debt and PT Bekasi Power, said Corporate Secretary Muljadi Suganda.
The company has IDR1.5 trillion in debt from several banks, he said and with the US$300 million notes, the company will be able to settle the loan.
Jababeka is currently studying the market condition to determine the notes value. Although still has not determine the execution time, but the corporate action will be conducted this year, he assured.
