JAKARTA: PT Ciputra Development Tbk obtained IDR2 trillion presales per April or 31.75% of this year presales target at IDR6.3 trillion.
With such achievement, the one year target is believed to be achievable, said Director Tulus Santosa.
The biggest presales contribution came from projects in Jakarta, particularly from Ciputra World.
Condition in QII is estimated to be better following the ongoing projects but the company will not revise the target. (T05/MSW)
