JAKARTA: Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency is currently processing 22 notes issuance plans worth a total IDR21.57 trillion.
In detail, the notes come from service and real sector in the form of bonds, sharia bonds and subdebt. The figure might increase as some companies tend to increase the value after bookbuilding.
The agency has issued 18 pre-effective statement and effective, said Bapepam-LK’s Head of Financial Appraiser for Real Sector Company M Noor Rachman. The rest are PT Bank Victoria International Tbk to issue bonds worth IDR200 billion and subdebt worth IDR300 billion.
PT Bank Muamalat Tbk to issue sharia bonds worth IDR500 billion, PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk to issue bonds worth IDR500 billion, PT Indosat Tbk to issue bonds worth IDR2 trillion and sharia bonds worth IDR500 billion.
PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk to issue bonds worth IDR1.5 trillion, PT Adhi Karya Tbk to issue bonds worth IDR625 billion and sharia bonds worth IDR125 billlion, PT Global Mediacom Tbk to issue bonds worth IDR1.25 trillion and the last PT Bhakti Investama Tbk worth IDR500 billion and PT MNC Finance worth IDR200 billion.
Four sector companies that are still under pre-effective statement process are PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (IDR1.5 trillion), PT Atlas Resources Tbk (IDR1 trillion), PT Sinar MAs Agro Resources and Technology (IDR3 trillion) and PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (IDR750 billion). (T05/TW)
