JAKARTA: PT Asiaplast Industries Tbk, a plastic-packaging producer, may seek to buyback shares in the market and to secure 50% of total net asset aimed to propose bank’s loan facility.
The both corporate actions will be proposed in the shareholders’ meeting on May 31 2012 to pocket approval of investors coincided with its annual shareholders’ meeting.
In the yesterday’s trading, the APLI-coded company strengthened 1 point or 0.81% to IDr125 leading to market capitalization by IDR187.5 billion and price to earnings ratio at 8.55 times.
PT Bursa Efek Indonesia’s data showed the share composition of the company, namely Maco Amanggraha with 46.15%, then Alexander Agung Pranoto with 7.69%, Erlin Sanie with 7.68%, and public with 38.47%. (t01/aph)
