JAKARTA: Regarding its bonds issuance, PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk has mandated four securities. PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Securities, Deutsche Bank and PT HSBC Securities Indonesia will underwrite Agung Podomoro’s IDR800 billion bonds issuance.
The proceeds of the issuance will be used to acquire several property projects this year, said Director of Finance Cesar De La Cruz. “The action might be in the third quarter or before Eid al-Fitr,” he said after attending press conference yesterday, May 2.
The company has not discussed the tenor but probably around 3-5 years, he continued. The company will use March financial report for the issuance’s proposal. (T05/aph)
