JAKARTA: Household appliances producer, PT Kedaung Indah Can Tbk, is targeting revenue growth this year by 20% to reach IDR105.02 billion from IDR87.52 billion in 2011.
Finance Director Kedaung Indah Can Muliyono Hadi said naturally, the top company sales occurred from the second quarter to fourth quarter.
"The need for use of our products such as pots, cups, plates and teapots, usually begins to rise ahead of celebrations and festivals such as Christmas and Eid-ul Fitr," he said, today, June 8, 2012.
Along with the increase in the sale, Hadi expects the company’s net profit this year could grow by about between 10% and 20%. "Hopefully, steel raw material prices did not rise significantly," he said.
As of late May, he said, the realization of company sales have shown an increase so that by the end of June, it is expected to grow 20%. "We will keep growing until the end of the year," he said.
In the period from January to March, the company still recorded decline in sales of 6.22% to IDR18.68 billion from IDR19.92 billion in the same period in 2011. (T03/TW)
