JAKARTA: Jakarta Composite Index continued its gain as it rose 0.32% in the midday break session at 12:00 a.m., while rupiah appreciated by 0.16% or 15 points to IDR9,434 against US$.
The index advanced +12.13 points to 3,864.71 after moving in range of 3,875.14– 3,847.29.
Among 444 members, 95 stocks rose, 112 stocks fell, and 237 stocks were stagnant.

PT Astra International Tbk +3.01% to IDR6,850
PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk +2.63% to IDR7,800
PT Semen Gresik Tbk +2.31% to IDR11,050
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk +0.83% to IDR6,100
The lagging stocks:
PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk -3.45%% to IDR3,500
PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk -0.84% to IDR23,550
PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk -2.76% to IDR21,150
PT Gudang Garam Tbk -0.60%% to IDR58,300
Five sectors in the sectoral indeces provided positive contribution, led by miscellaneous industry (75.88%) and finance (27.11%). Meanwhile, construction (5.34%) and mining (6.57%) was negative.
BISNIS-27 Index rose +0.74% or 2.39 points to 324.52 and moving within a range of 325.38 – 321.57.(T03/msw)
