Indomobil to pay dividend & prepares stock split

JAKARTA: PT Indomobil Sukses International Tbk will distribute dividend as much as IDR118 per unit.

To propose the matter, annual general meeting of shareholders will be conducted on April 27, said President Director Jusak Kertowidjojo on a disclosure, published today.

With 1.39 billion outstanding shares, the IMAS-coded company set IDR163.19 billion or 20.07% of its total attributed net profit in 2011.

IMAS also is planning to conduct stock split of 1:2. After the action, IMAS nominal value will be IDR250 per share. (T05/aph)
