JAKARTA: PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, a parent company of Salim Group, will distribute cash dividend of IDR169 per share or totaling to IDR1.4 trillion.
The amount is equivalent to 50% from the total net profit of IDR3.08 trillion achieved throughout 2011. It was approved in the shareholders meeting held on Friday, May 11, 2012.
In the same occasion, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk as the shareholder of subsidiary company also approved dividend payment yearbook 2011 at IDR175 per share or totaling to IDR1.02 trillion.
The dividend payout ratio is 50% from the total net profit of IDR1.98 trillion obtained by the ICBP-coded share in 2011. Dividend payment for Indofood Sukses Makmur will run on July 31 and ICBP on August 3. (T06/aph)
