JAKARTA: Coal miner PT Harum Energy Tbk agreed to distribute dividend as much as 70% of 2011’ net profit. The figure is smaller than last year which was 80% of 2010’ net profit.
However, if based on value, this year is bigger, said President Director Ray Antonio Guntara.
"We will distribute IDR380 per share or IDR1 trillion in total. As for last year, we distributed IDR240 per stock," he said after general meeting of shareholders today, May 16, 2012.
The company is eyeing 14 million ton coal sales volume in 2012 and 13 million ton production compared to 2011’ 10 million ton sales volume and 9 million ton production.
"We hope to acquire more coal mines in East Kalimantan this year as a way to increase reserves. Company currently has coal reserves of 100 million ton.”
Harum Energy booked 63% revenue growth in 2011 to IDR7.3 trillion from the previous year and net profit increased 78% to IDR1.46 trillion. (T05/TW)
