JAKARTA: Director General of Human Settlements at Ministry of Public Works reauctioning seven construction projects of simple flats rent (rusunawa) worth IDR138.67 billion.
The seven rusunawa such as in Bogor worth IDR27.27 billion, Pekanbaru IDR14.65 billion, Gresik IDR13.04 billion, Semarang IDR28.46 billion, Purworejo IDR12.75 billion.
Rusunawa in Magelang IDR12.68 billion, and in Sidoarjo IDR29.82 billion.
Director of Settlement Development Directorate General of Human Settlement the Ministry of Public Works Amwazi Idrus said re-tendering is done because in previous tenders, no contractors or company that assessed the technical and administrative requirements.
The previous auction was also performed this year.
“Generally because it has not met the requirements, if there are many companies interested, the budget is available” said Amwazi, in Jakarta, Tuesday (9/18/2012).
He said for the re-tendering, the announcement has been delivered since a week ago, and the tender registration will be closed per 19 September 2012. (t08/tw).
