JAKARTA: PT Ciputra Surya Tbk, a property developer under Ciputra Group, has realized IDR180 billion of its total capital expenditure in the first six months of 2012.
The figure is 30% of Ciputra Surya total capex this year at IDR600 billion, said President Director Harun Hajadi.
Half of the used capex was channeled to CitraLand and Ciputra World construction in Surabaya as much as IDR60 billion.
The remaining IDR120 billion was allocated to acquire lands. He refused to detail the location.
“One in Jakarta. We are eyeing one project there but I cannot give further details,” he said yesterday (7/13/2012). (T05/faa)
