BW Plantation keeps its dividends

JAKARTA--Crude palm oil producer (CPO) PT BW Plantation Tbk decided to keep its dividends for 2011 year book worth IDR48.06 billion or 15% of net profit amounting to IDR320.38 billion.

If we referred to the number of outstanding shares as much as 4.04 billion share, the dividend value was IDR12 per share.
 
The decision has received approval from shareholders in the company's annual shareholders meeting (AGM) held today (26/06/2012).

In the year 2010, the company distributed a dividend of IDR9 per share, or IDR36.3 billion. The amount is equivalent to 15% of the total net profit worth IDR243.5 billion in 2010.

PT BW Plantation Tbk's net income during last year increased 32% to IDR320.38 billion from IDR243.588 billion in 2010.
 
Accordingly, the company EBITDA also rose 31% to IDR537, 3 billion from IDR410, 26 billion in 2010. Company margins also rose 3% to 61% from the previous year of 58%.
 
The company's revenues last year were up 25% to IDR888.298 billion from IDR712.17 billion in 2010.(T03/aph)
