ARTHA PRIMA FINANCE issues IDR50 billion medium-term note

JAKARTA: PT Artha Prima Finance issued medium-term note worth IDR50 billion today, May 8 2012.

The matter is stated in PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia website, in regards with international securities identification number.

The notes were burdened with 10.5% fix interest. The company mandated PT Andalan Artha Advisindo Sekuritas (AAA Securities) as the issuance arranger. The notes will due in May 14, 2013 and the coupon will be paid in every three months.

The company and its MTN assigned with idBBB from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo). (T05/aph)
