JAKARTA: AirAsia Airlines Indonesia to extend its domestic link with opening 4 new flight routes from its old route Medan and Surabaya.
To celebrate this new flight opening, the airline offers promotion tariff start from IDR69,000.
President Director of AirAsia Indonesia, Dharmadi said nowadays customers in Medan would get to fly to Banda Aceh and Pekanbaru.
“Those two new routes fulfilled domestic route which has operated previously, they are Medan-Bandung and Medan-Surabaya,” said Dharmadi, Sunday (11/11/2012).
The new route from Surabaya in which fly to Semarang and Jakarta. For Surabaya-Semarang route will depart once a day, and Surabaya (SUB)-Jakarta (CGK) three times a day.
Whereas Medan-Banda Aceh route is once a day and Medan-Pekanbaru three times a week.
“AirAsia Indonesia determines to enclose those two new routes, especially to Jakarta due to large customer demand,” he said.
In addition to opening new route in Medan, AirAsia Indonesia also will add frequency of flight to Medan-Penang to four times a day. Besides that, Medan-Surabaya route and Medan-Bangkok route will fly every day. (t09/tw)
