JAKARTA: PT Adhi Karya Tbk is awaiting for an effective statement from Financial Institution and Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) in the next week related to bond issuance plan.
Corporate Secretary of Adhi Karya Kurnadi Gularso said it has conducted the second registration to Bapepam-LK on May 23, 2012.
This year, the company plans to issue bonds amounting to IDR750 billion in the first phase which is expected to be implemented by the end of this month. The total corporate bond is IDR1.5 trillion.
"We have submitted the second registration to Bapepam-LK as of 23 May. Hopefully, the effective statement could be issued next week, we also plan to hold a public expose in this regard on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday next week," he said Friday, June 1, 2012 .
For the first phase bond issuance will consist of sukuk amounting to IDR125 billion with 5-year tenor and conventional bonds amounting to IDR625 billion, which is divided into two tenor, 5 years and 7 years.
Of the bond issuance, as much as IDR500 billion will be used for refinancing bonds and sukuk that will be matured on July 6, 2012 and the rest of IDR250 billion will be used for business development, especially in the areas of property and real estate. (T03/aph)
