JAKARTA: Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) stated that more than 29 issuers are late in submitting their financial statement for second quarter of 2012.
From those 29 issuers, 27 are stock issuers and two are bond issuers, IDX Director of Corporate Valuation Hoesen said.
“It increased compared to such delay in the same period in 2011. At that time, there were 24 issuers consisting of 21 stock issuers and three bond issuer,” he said in IDX building on Monday (8/13/2012).
Besides delay in submitting financial statement, he added, there are also other violations due to the components of financial statements is not complete.
“This incompleteness for example is related to balance sheet, comprehensive loss and income, as well as statement of changes in equity and cash flows.”
The issuers are also late in submitting the audit plan on interim financial statement.
Furthermore, the presentation is not in accordance to the standard for financial statements (PSAK), figures in the financial statement are inconsistent with its note, and information in the softcopy report is usually different with the hardcopy report. (Antara/T06/aph)
